This course bridges the gap between technical execution and creative leadership.
It’s designed for designers ready to move beyond execution and step into the role of vision architect — the creative mind shaping unforgettable brands and campaigns.
Guided by two mentors with complementary expertise in design team management and art direction, you’ll learn how to turn a brief into a powerful idea, lead and inspire a creative team, and present visual concepts with confidence and clarity at the highest professional level.

        What You Will Master

 

  • Vision and Creative Direction: Interpret business briefs and translate them into big ideas. Develop strong creative concepts and define the artistic direction for complex campaigns.
  • Creative Team Management: Collaborate with and provide constructive feedback to a diverse team (designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters) to bring your vision to life.
  • 360° Visual Campaign Development: Plan and oversee the implementation of a cohesive campaign across all media channels: digital (social media, web), print, video, and OOH (out-of-home).
  • Brand Visual Strategy: Build and evolve a brand’s visual narrative over time, ensuring its relevance and impact in the market.
  • Creative Production Supervision: Understand all stages of photo/video production (casting, location, styling, post-production) and ensure the final outcome aligns with the approved vision.
  • Pitching and Presenting Ideas: Strengthen your presentation and pitching skills by creating persuasive decks and effectively defending your creative decisions in front of clients or management.
  • Integrating Modern Technologies & AI: Explore the latest tools and digital methods to optimize, diversify, and accelerate the creative process.
