The Journalist and Multimedia Storyteller (TV Journalist) course is designed for teenagers aged 16-19 who want to discover how to develop their journalism skills in the digital era. You will learn how to communicate confidently on camera, identify relevant news or detect fake news, and film and present information in a captivating way. From preparing interviews and creating reports to performing reporter stand-ups and live broadcasts, the course provides both theoretical instruction and practical experience. Whether you aspire to become a TV journalist, vlogger, influencer, or wish to promote your own business, you’ll acquire all the necessary skills to create quality content.

What Are the Enrollment Criteria?

To enroll in the Journalist and Multimedia Storyteller (TV Journalist) course, teenagers aged 16 to 19 must answer the following questions. Additionally, future students will be contacted by Antena Academy for a friendly conversation about their expectations, objectives, and interests:

1. In no more than 100 words for each question:
• What, in your opinion, is a news story?
• What does fake news mean?
• Where do you get your information (daily, weekly)?

2. In no more than 200 words for each question:
• What is the role of a reporter in society?
• What do you wish to learn from the journalism course?

When does the course begin and how long does it last?

The Journalist and Multimedia Storyteller (TV Journalist) course, taught by lecturer Sonia Simionov and co-lecturer Oleg Mostovei, begins on Wednesday, June 4th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The course lasts for 6 weeks.

How many times per week is the course held and what is the duration of each session?
